- ASB Reimbursements:
- Molly Ysit has a reimbursement for drinks for the Kyoto Banquet from Target for $24.64 to Cami Ysit. Motioned by Caryssa McKeon and seconded by Evan Johnson.
- Ana Perez has a reimbursement for table cloths, plates, and napkins for the Kyoto Banquet from Dollar General for $21.75 to Ana Perez. Motioned by Gabriel Herrera and seconded by Gracie Jaime.
- Ana Perez additionally has a reimbursement for water from Savemart for $15.98 for the Kyoto Banquet to Ana Perez. Motioned by Naomi Wilbur and seconded by Jacob Curless.
- Report; Brendan Lan - Club Committee Chair:
- Club Committee Meeting for October was cancelled.
- September meeting went well but attendance wasn’t as strong as previous meetings.

- Report; Natalie Betoshana - Coronation Coordinator:
- Ordered flowers for Homecoming Coronation.
- Ordered sashes through Anderson’s, but won't be going through them again.
- Coronation Committee decorated for the Homecoming Pep Rally for coronation and grand marshall reveal.
- Decorated Mr. Ramirez’s cart for the king and queen during the homecoming game.
- Ordered flowers for Homecoming Coronation.
- Report; Alyssa Jones - Historian:
- Has been taking pictures of only leadership kids during all of our events for their future presence in the scrapbook.
- Has started the scrapbook and has put photos into a file.
- Shadow Boxes will be gratitude themed and is creating a committee.

- Report; Troy Brogan & Lydia Waters - Link Crew & Renaissance:
- Have completely finished Block R, and are getting started on Renaissance Cards for new quarter.
- Have the hot chocolate social coming up on December 2.

- Are working on the speed of their distribution of Renaissance Cards.

- Did music and technology effects for hoco rally and kyoto rally and cheer rally.
- Did the gratitude video.
- Are going to run music for the tri tip fundraiser tonight.

- Report; Katelyn Cardoza & Caryssa McKeon - Spirit Commissioners:
- Are planning on selling Pride-Tribe t-shirts at football games and volleyball games, since they have an overstock.
- Want to have a spirit requirement list to avoid arguments when it comes to spirit days.
- Morty and Kassidy got candy on Amazon, and it should last until the end of the semester.

- Powderpuff was more organized than last year.
- Have been collecting the jerseys from students at lunch, and most of them have been turned in.
- Plaque is still in Nico’s car but will be in the attendance office soon.

- Did Ace of the Month and there hasn't been many nominations, so our class needs to stress getting more nominations.
- Haven't had much of a demand for new storage room supplies.
- Have been doing spirit counts for all the spirit weeks lately.

- Report; Laila Irigoyen & Royce Kinsey - Rally Commissioners:
- MC’d the Night Rally with Royce.
- MC’d the Hoco Rally with speeches and performances. Went smoothly and was nothing too different.
- MC’d the kyoto rally. There were translation issues and the spirit was lower than last year.
- MC’d the cheer rally, which was very spirited! The activities planned for the duration of the rally were successful.
- MC’d the Night Rally with Royce.

- Tri-Tip Dinner is tonight.
- Effort needs to be better from the class for ticket sales, since we were expected to sell all 600, but sold 530 instead.

- Dude Be Nice is starting. Family of LJ has been contacted, and the kids will be surprising him at the rally.
- Talent Show needs to start in december for auditions.
- Gallery of the Arts is coming soon, so preparation must start soon for Gabriel Herrera.
- Valentine’s Day Hearts preparation should start soon for Gracie Jaime.
- Dude Be Nice is starting. Family of LJ has been contacted, and the kids will be surprising him at the rally.
