- Class of 2019 Class Gift Bill
- $332.23 total of bill that was never sent.
- Niki Nguyen motioned to approve. Laila Irigoyen seconded to approve. 32 students of class approved to pay bill.

- CADA Conference
- $1800-$2000 for Hotel Rooms.
- $2500 for Entrance into Conference.
- Gianna Brochinni motioned to approve. Brendan Lan seconded to approve. 32 students of class approved for the trip to the CADA Conference for teachers at Ripon High.

- Report; Carmen Simon - ASB President:
- Had a booth at Pow Wow and sold ASB stickers.
- Tri-Tip - Tickets are being made, ASB has decided on the food options will have incentives for individuals to sell tickets, and ASB is creating groups to sell the tickets this year.
- Back to School Dance was successful.
- Had a booth at Pow Wow and sold ASB stickers.

- Was “sworn” in as the Ripon High School Student board member for Ripon.
- Started up Student Senate on the 28th and explained the program to the new students and Senate’s motive.

- Report; Ana Perez - Senior Class President:
- Ordering more t-shirts for class sales.
- Having a Homecoming meeting September 6, 2019.
- Senior Sunrise was successful.
- $10,288.64 Budget.

- Report; Gabriel Herrera - Junior Class President:
- Had an issue with the t-shirts, but have now been delivered to the post office.
- Talking with shawna after school to order the materials for the spirit box.

- Report; Naomi Wilbur - Sophomore Class:
- Sold 95 t-shirts at Pow Wow.
- Spirit box came in with class supplies.
- Will have a class meeting next week regarding Homecoming.
- Will have different committees to organize Homecoming more efficiently.

- Report; David Wang - Freshmen Representative:
- Class t-shirt sales at Pow Wow and at Club Rush were successful with a large amount of sales.
- Created a schedule and committees for people who want to help out with Homecoming in the Class of 2023.

- Report; Natalie Betoshana - Coronation Coordinator:
- Anthony Sausedo and Katelyn Cardoza in training for Black Light Rally.
- Black Light Rally was successful and loved by students.
- Will create a coronation committee soon.
- Finished a PO for coronation materials.
- Has discussed Coronation set up with Ochoa.

- Report; Brendan Lan - Club Committee Chair:
- Budget and constitution were needed done for clubs.
- Had the first club advisor and president meeting in August, integrating ASB Leadership and Clubs at Ripon High School.
- Club Rush went smoothly and had tables and chairs ready for clubs.
- Next club meeting is September 18 for club advisors and presidents.

- Report; Troy Brogan & Lydia Waters - Renaissance & Link Crew:
- Created 3 Renaissance videos with Darius and Elias.
- Had Freshmen Orientation and Back to School Night. Were successful.
- Block R and Renaissance sign ups were last week.
- Block R and Renaissance getting ready pins, Rs, and cards getting ready.
- No Budgets.

- Powderpuff meeting next week and practices starting the next weeks after that.
- Have about 150 sign ups for the girls Powderpuff.
